Chad started his real estate career in 2014 at Apex Realty Group working as a solo agent under the mentorship of his friend/broker Brian DeSmit. Since then Chad has become a nationally recognized top producing agent - participating in 500+ transactions and selling over $100 million dollars in residential real estate. In 2021 he was named a national 30 under 30 by NAR (National Association of Realtors). Chad works directly with every single one of his clients. His entire business is centered around strong communication, relationships and friendships. When buying/selling one of your largest investments it is crucial to have someone with experience you can trust helping steer the ship. Chad does not produce excuses - only results. In addition to his personal business, Chad is consistently involved with Grand Rapid’s local real estate association. He is a 2017 graduate of GRAR Leadership Academy and has served many years on various committees (Government Affairs/Grievance Committee). He also has been a high school basketball coach for over 10 years. In his time away from work he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and attending sporting events.
